We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, supporting their development in communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
Position Overview:
As an RBT, you will work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role is to implement individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful learning and progress.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA therapy according to treatment protocols
Collect and record data on client progress
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members
Maintain professional and ethical standards
Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with children with autism preferred but not required

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ABA therapists and staff.
Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in all clinical practices.
Collaborate with families, clinicians, and other professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Lead training and professional development initiatives for clinical staff.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism.

We are seeking a dedicated Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with children with autism, implementing ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is critical in delivering culturally and linguistically appropriate care to Spanish-speaking families.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism according to individualized treatment plans.
Collect data on client progress and provide detailed reports to the BCBA for ongoing treatment modification.
Maintain clear communication with families and team members in Spanish to ensure understanding of therapy goals and progress.
Follow ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Participate in training and supervision sessions as required by the organization and BACB.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience working with children with autism preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
